All applications to the John Fell Fund for Trinity Term 2014 (deadline: 23 April 2014, noon) should be made via the new John Fell online application system. The system can now be accessed via single sign-on (SSO) at https://www1.admin.ox.ac.uk/pras/jff/apply/application/ and consists of the following:
- Part 1 of the application requires that applicants provide core details, a lay summary and a financial breakdown on an online application form.
- Part 2 of the application requires that applicants complete and upload the ‘Part 2 – Case for Support’ template available at ‘How to make an application’ (https://www.admin.ox.ac.uk/pras/jff/apply/) and then upload this file as a PDF attachment to their Part 1 online application.
- Applicants should submit their applications to their Departments via the online system well in advance of the deadline. Departmental Approvers should then review and approve (or reject) applications and submit approved applications to the relevant division by noon on 23 April, 2014.
