This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to become involved in the administration of the department’s Centre for Doctoral Training in Cyber Security.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who would like to progress their career within programme administration to join a small, highly motivated team.  In addition to providing administrative support to the Centre Director, you will support the Centre Administrator in all aspects of the centre including having responsibility for office management, procurement, module planning and preparation, admissions, exams, database management, and marketing and event management.

You will have significant experience of financial management/administration and excellent organisation and communication skills. Applications are welcomed from University staff seeking a secondment from their current post for the full three year contract period.  

The post, which is offered as either full-time or part-time (minimum of 25 hours per week spread over 5 days) available immediately, is offered on a fixed term contract basis for three years with a salary at University grade 05S (currently £23,352 - £27,854).  The post is pensionable and has a holiday entitlement of 38 days annual leave (pro rata and inclusive of all public holidays and University closed periods).
