Biography

I am a research assistant (postdoctoral researcher) at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Oxford and a member of the Knowledge Representation and Reasoning Group. I am primarily working with Professor Ian Horrocks and Professor Bernardo Cuenca Grau. I hold a PhD from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications (DI&T) of the University of Athens where I worked on the topic of querying incomplete (geospatial) information in the data model RDF. My PhD advisor was Manolis Koubarakis. I hold an MSc and a Ptychion (4-year BSc) from DI&T and have been affiliated with the Management of Data, Information & Knowledge Group (MaDgIK) of DI&T since its founding in 2009.

Interests

My research interests revolve around the areas of semantic web, artificial intelligence, and databases.
