Biography
Fernando Muradas is a Brazilian Navy Officer. In the Navy he was the manager of the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG). He is also a lead assessor of the Brazilian Quality Model (MPS.Br).
He has a MSc degree on Software Engineering (Sofware Development Process Quality).
His DPhil subject is: "Requirements Elicitation on Complex Military Environments"
