Every fighting ship in the Task Force will be accompanied by its own legal tender. When the hostilities commence each quartermaster will deploy a wave of constitutional lawyers and lay down covering action from a battery of public prosecutors and official solicitors. At no time must our sovereignty be open to challenge from the prosecution.
