It has always narked me just a little that the place where you have to cross out all but your title, as the Anglophones call it, on the University's expenses claim forms says:
( Sir / Professor / Dr / Mr / Mrs / Miss )
It seems so inadequate to the requirements of modern academic life.
Or perhaps it is a cast list for a new Watch With Mother animation.
