Moving/Editing:
 Arrow keys move the cursor
 PAGEDN     (^V)         go to next page
 PAGEUP     (Esc v)      go to previous page
 TAB        (^I)         next input field
 BTAB       (^A)         prev input field
 DELETE/BACKSPACE        delete keys
 INSERT     (Esc i)      insert mode
 EOL        (^K)         delete to end of line
 REDRAW     (^L, F5)     redisplay screen

Function keys:
 Esc + digit gives F1...F10
 Esc + -     gives F11
