REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION

Registration fee: £75

   (Registration fee includes materials; lunch, morning coffee, and
   afternoon tea during the school; the banquet on Wednesday evening,
   but not other evening meals. The cost is greatly subsidized, thanks
   to support from EPSRC.)

Accommodation: £55 per night * __ nights = £____

   (Accommodation is bed and breakfast in "basic" rooms - with a
   washbasin but only shared access to a bathroom. Accommodation is
   limited, and available on a first-come first-served basis.)
