For the time being I am not making this available directly over the web. Ultimately I expect to have it available on a web page that is accessible by a set of authorized people (via password). For the time being there is available a growing set of solutions (at the time of writing covering the great majority of exercises in Chapters 1-12) and a number of practical exercises designed primarily for FDR.
