Several projects are available to implement new algorithms/protocols into the MOSAICS (http://www.cs.ox.ac.uk/mosaics) package. In particular, we have projects for the efficient implementation of new Monte Carlo schemes that facilitate the exploration of the entire conformational space available for a given molecular assembly. This project may involve collaborations with molecular modellers in the pharmaceutical sector (e.g. UCB Pharma, http://www.ucb.com)."
Prerequisites: experience in scientific computing and/or software development is desirable but the project can be tailored to suit those from a variety of backgrounds.
