To sign in you must have a NeWT account - you cannot create an account for yourself. If you are unsure if you have been granted access to NeWT please check with your line manager or IT support.
You can sign in using your email address and NeWT password. Your email address will typically be provided by Oxford University and is therefore likely to end in ".ox.ac.uk", although use of alternative email addresses is possible. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 3 of the following character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, special characters. Passwords are case-sensitive.
If you have an a NeWT account and know the correct email address but have forgotten your password, you can request a new password. An email containing further instructions will be sent your account email address, so please ensure that you can access your email before requesting a new password.
If you have requested a new password but have not received an email from NeWT please check your junk folder - these emails are occasionally misclassified as spam.
