Each of the statements on the questionnaire are scored from 1 to 5. The number indicating the extent to which the respondent agrees with a particular statement. A score of 5 indicates the strongest agreement and is the most positive response. A score of 1 or 2 is a disagreement, 3 is indifference and 4 or 5 is agreement.
A total of 733 questionnaires have been selected.
A score of 1 or 2 is a disagreement or a negative response. If a questionnaire has a negative response it is counted in the chart below. The negative responses are grouped to give an indication of where the concerns lie.
