EPSRC DTA Studentships
Oxford University Department of Computer Science has funding from the EPSRC for a certain number of Doctoral Training Account ("DTA") D.Phil. studentships each year. Only UK and EU residents are eligible for these. UK residents are eligible for full awards, including fees and maintenance; EU residents are eligible for awards covering fees only. EU Students who have studied in the UK for the previous three years are eligible for a full award. For a precise statement of eligibility, please consult this document from EPSRC.
The Department automatically considers all eligible applicants who have been offered places and who have applied by the January deadline. We nonetheless recommend that applicants bring to our attention their wish to be considered for an EPSRC DTA studentship.
Final decisions for applicants wishing to begin their doctoral studies in academic year 2012-13 will be made not later than early May 2012.
