Code of Conduct
To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience we ask that individuals read and agree to abide by this code of conduct: We expect all participants to be responsible for providing a good experience for all, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. Participants agree they will not attempt to request or exchange personal information with staff, or any other participants, including on any other social media platforms. All participants also agree they will not record these sessions. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form and expect all students to treat each other with respect. Sexual or explicit language and imagery is not appropriate. For students found not to be violating these rules will be removed from the session without warning at the discretion of the conference organisers.

Safeguarding
Everybody should have the opportunity to participate in this session feeling safe, and it is unlikely that in the course of this session, you will experience anything untoward. Staff monitoring the text based chat are on hand to lead the event and ensure the safety of all. In the event of having any concern about a member of staff in this session, or about the conduct of another participant, please send an email as soon as possible to the following two individuals, describing the nature of your concern, and what was said and done to cause your concern. We will respond directly to any concerns raised. The two individuals to contact are:
