ContentCVS Plugin

Overview

ContentCVS is a Protégé plug-in (developed for version 4.0 build 101) which adapts Concurrent Versioning paradigm to allow several developers to make changes concurrently to an ontology. Conflict detection and resolution are based on novel techniques that take into account the structure and semantics of the ontology versions to be reconciled by using precisely-defined notions of structural and semantic differences between ontologies and by extending state-of-the-art ontology debugging and repair techniques.

ContentCVS was developed in 2009-2010 as a collaboration between the Temporal Knowledge Bases Group (Jaume I University of Castellon, Spain) and the KRR group. ContentCVS is open-source and released under GNU Lesser GPL. All components and source code are available from the TKBG webpage.
