First year undergraduate student prizes awarded

Undergraduate students Alexander Rice and Long Pham have both been awarded a Gibbs Prize, for their achievements in their Prelims, the exams sat at the end of the first year of study. Alexander is studying Maths and Computer Science at St John’s College. Long is studying Computer Science at Keble.
Catalin-Andrei Ilie received the BCS prize for best overall performance in the Prelims. Catalin-Andrei is studying Computer Science at Oriel College.
Each student will receive £150.
