Fourth year undergraduate student prizes awarded

Congratulations to our undergraduate students who have received awards for their performance during the fourth and final year of their degrees.

The Hoare Prize for Best Performance in Computer Science and Philosophy went to Benjamin Dawes at Hertford College and Matthew Pickering at Oriel College. They each receive £100.

Angus Tayler of St John’s College won the Hoare Prize for Best Performance in Maths and Computer Science, and will receive £200.

Ashok Menon, from Oriel College, won the Hoare Prize for Best Performance in Computer Science, and will receive £200.

The Microsoft Research Prize for Best Project was awarded to two Computer Science students: Worcester College’s Matthew Sjodin and St Hugh’s student Jakub Sliwinski. Each receives £125.

Pui Yiu Carol Mak from St Catherine’s College received the £200 G-Research Prize for Best Project in Maths and Computer Science.
