Speaker bio 

George Tsirtsis is Senior Director of Technology at Qualcomm. With over 25 years of experience, he oversees key technologies and platforms in Europe, including Artificial Intelligence across compute systems-on-chips (SoCs). 

Roberto Mijat is an AI technology and product leader with over 20 years of experience in semiconductor hardware and software. He is Director of Product Management for the NPU AI accelerator at Qualcomm.  

Uttam Tripathi is a seasoned leader with experience in Developer Products and Developer Relations. He currently works as Vice President, Developer Relations at Qualcomm and is based out of Silicon Valley, California.  

Vikas Dhingra is Senior Director of Business Development at Qualcomm, where he focuses on advancing the company’s AI capabilities across platforms, SoCs, and software solutions. He drives the adoption of on-device AI by building partnerships with OEMs, ISVs, and developers. 

Nav Dean is The Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence for The University of Oxford. He is also a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor in Computer Science Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Oxford Brookes University.
