<center>Hello there!</center><br><br> Look, I'm sorry. I'm really, really sorry. I've been bad. I've done wrong. I've used frames. There, I've said it. I know, I shouldn't, but they were all nice and shiny, and it was all too much for me. I'll try to be better in future, but I fear that this is just the start. Sure, just a frame or two to start with. Then come the animated gifs, Javascript, Java, and who knows what next? I feel so dirty, but I'm going to have to ask you to try and get by without using frames in a system which was just so clearly designed with them in mind.
