Biography
Background
I am a doctoral student in the Spatial Reasoning Group, currently working on the segmentation of abdominal CT scans. I previously (in 2006-7) worked on the physical simulation of long hair dynamics. My other computing interests include 3D games development and (to an extent) compilers. As an undergraduate at Oxford, I won the Hoare Prize in Computer Science for the best performance in finals exams. I designed and implemented an indoor/outdoor map editor for 3D worlds as my final-year project.
