Experience Permutive: an honest talk on starting a company

TBC

Joe and Tim met at Oxford, where they studied Computer Science.
At EF, they co-founded Permutive, a predictive analytics engine for understanding users. They use machine learning to algorithmically understand the meaning behind content and make personalised real-time recommendations.
The pair will be talking about their experiences of building a start-up, what they're currently working on, and their personal experience of developing their company through Entrepreneur First (EF).
Permutive has had a multitude of successes: within 6 months of starting, Permutive had large online content publishers such as the Metro signed up for a paid trial and 60 million user profiles. Less than a year from starting, they joined the Y Combinator Summer '14 batch and came back to the UK where they received investment from a top VC.
To hear more about the company, along with their contemporary developments, struggles faced as a new start-up, and what the EF experience is really like from those who know it best, come along!
