SQIV

Charlie will introduce the SQIV tool he has developed on the CancerGrid project. He will explain how marking up XML Schemas with SAWSDL model references allows for the automatiic transformation of XML data into RDF format. This can then be processed and converted back into XML. The talk will give some early feedback from the actual usage of the tool at CancerResearch UK to help with the process of meta-analysis of data from different clinical trials.
