Joint Consultative Committee for Undergraduates (JCCU)

There is a Joint Consultative Committee for Undergraduates (JCCU) consisting of up to ten junior members (to include representation from each degree and, where possible, a visiting student), one senior member (chair), plus secretarial support. One junior member acts as co-chair to the committee.

The committee is concerned with matters affecting undergraduate students such as: syllabus; arrangements for teaching, practicals and examinations; and facilities. Please find the Terms of Reference here.

The chair will report matters concerning teaching to the Undergraduate Supervisory Committee and refer any matters raised through the representation system to the relevant department committee. You can reach the chair by emailing jccu-chair@cs.ox.ac.uk.
