Oxford academics named in the top 50 Influential Computer Scientists list

Several University of Oxford computer scientists have been recognised in a new list compiled by thebestschools.org of the ‘Top 50 Most Influential Living Computer Scientists’. Sir Tim Berners-Lee (Professorial Research Fellow, Department of Computer Science), Tony Hoare (Former Head of Department of Computer Science), Dana Scott (Honorary Fellow at Merton) and Don Knuth (Honorary Fellow at Magdalen) are all mentioned for their significant contribution to the development of Computer Science.
