The Department of Computer Science has an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Studies Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Student Administration team on a permanent basis, to start as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Head of Student Administration, you will be based within the student administration team and will have the opportunity to build up a high level of expertise on graduate administration policies and procedures. You should have the ability to work independently, with minimum supervision, and a willingness to resolve situations, as well as knowing when to refer issues to others. You should have experience of working in a cross-functional team environment and you should be numerate, with the ability to analyse complex information, workflows and processes and provide relevant suggestions for improvement. Prior experience of working in a university environment is highly desirable.
