Part Time (0.5 FTE) and Fixed Term with a start date 1st October 2023 until 30 September 2026
Grade 6: Salary £30,502 - £36,386 p.a.
The Department of Computer Science, University of Oxford, is seeking a Part-time (50% FTE) Graduate Teaching Assistant. Reporting to the Head of Academic Administration and Director of Teaching, you would be teaching (primarily classes and practicals, and lectures if required), examining, supervising, and providing pastoral care for undergraduate and graduate students.
You should be accepted to, or be enrolled in, a DPhil course at the University of Oxford Computer Science Department and have a first degree in Computer Science or a related field. You should also have excellent communication, and planning and organising skills, together with previous teaching experience and previous experience working in higher education.
