Grade 4: Salary £23,715 - £27,131 p.a. (pro-rata)

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Professional Masters Programme: a programme of part-time postgraduate education aimed at suitably-qualified professionals, managed by the Department of Computer Science.

We are seeking applicants with experience of administration, who have excellent organisational skills, good communication skills, and ability to work independently.

You will be is the first point of contact for all external and internal lecturers and will be required to provide advice and assistance with the arrangements for teaching. You will assist the Office Manager with all aspects of the examinations and assessment process. You will support the work of the Office Manager in the areas of recruitment and admissions, acting as the first point of contact for all prospective students and responding to enquiries by email, telephone or in person. You will be responsible for purchasing all consumable for the programme including text books and refreshments.
