Actively participated with recruiting of CFO and eventually replacing management.

CEO AFK Inc. California April 2002 – April 2008 Consulting company that provided services to PE firms for due diligence and acquisitions. Spun out Caching Appliance Business from NetApp with Francisco Partners and merged it with Blue Coat Systems.

Developed unique algorithms for routing and data delivery. Applied for several patents

Board Member Vivecon May 2000 – February 2004 Company developed analytics software and mathematical models to model risk in contracts. Recruited management team and worked closely with technical team to produce product.
