Part-time Project Co-ordinator (0.66 FTE / 24.75 hours a week)

Fixed-term until 30 September 2019

Grade 6: £28,660 - £34,189 (pro-rata)

We have an exciting opening for a part-time Project Co-ordinator providing administrative support for a range of research projects in the Quantum Group.  You will ensure that the awards are managed effectively, and that project teams are supported in the delivery of world-leading research.  The role is varied, covering anything from assisting with the forecasting of project funds, to the arrangement of travel for project teams, and the organisation of workshops and visits.

The ideal candidate will have a good breadth of administrative/project co-ordination experience coupled with the ability to think strategically about how to make the most of the outputs being generated by the programme as it nears completion.

The primary selection criteria are degree-level education (or equivalent level of work experience), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and the ability to work accurately with figures.
