Interests

My research interests are in medical image analysis and computational modelling. At Oxford, I am part of a multidisciplinary collaborative project looking at functional imaging of the lung using hyperpolarised xenon MRI. Our aim is the the development of new clinical markers for better assessment of lung function and patient outcome through the combination of image analysis and pulmonary computational modelling.
