Biography

Amir Shaikhha is a Departmental Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Oxford. His research focuses on the design and implementation of data-analytics systems by using techniques from the databases, programming languages, compilers, and machine learning communities. He received his Ph.D. and M.Sc. from EPFL and B.S. from Sharif University of Technology. He is also a recipient of the Google Ph.D. Fellowship in structured data analysis.
